how to get a refund

Because our company offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped. Which is fully explained on our website during check-out. Please make sure that you have carefully read the "sources available" section.

We only make exceptions to this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described and on a case-by-case basis in agreement with the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. You should provide in this request a detailed account of your reasons for requesting a refund. Please, make sure your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions.
